Taos Ski Valley – Blake Hotel

Nestled in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in northeastern New Mexico, Taos Ski Valley – Blake Hotel has been developed in the style of the high alpine European mountain villages of the Alps. The project involved the redevelopment and renovation of key parcels within the resort’s core village zone. This includes a new hotel, temporary ski facilities, and renovation of the Resort Center (Day Lodge) and the Phoenix on-mountain restaurant.

As the General Contractor, Jaynes led the intricate and complex field operations for the project. The Blake Hotel is a sophisticated 65 guest room, 15 suite, and 9 condominium unit resort that has established a new identity for the area with its unique architectural design that complements the existing built environment while respecting the natural alpine setting.
