Target – Santa Fe

The Target remodel in Santa Fe involved the demolition and renovation of the existing store, led by Jaynes. The building area encompassed 120,766 square feet of improvements aimed to enhance Target’s overall appearance, functionality, and safety.

With Target being a busy retail outlet, it was essential to prioritize public safety throughout the construction process as the store remained operational during the remodeling. Jaynes adopted a flexible scheduling approach to ensure timely completion without compromising quality.

Jaynes Structures self-performed the concrete work for this project including cast-in-place concrete, structural/forming concrete, and concrete reinforcing, showcasing Jaynes’ expertise in building large and complex projects.

The Target remodel in Santa Fe was a successful project that demonstrated Jaynes’ ability to deliver an upgraded retail space that met and exceeded the expectations of both Target and its customers.
