Avanyu Plaza – Phase 3

Jaynes is leading construction services for the new additions of Avanyu Plaza on 12th Street, right in the heart of Albuquerque. The property is owned by the 19 Pueblos of New Mexico, and the project will include the creation of shell structures for three distinct buildings. Each building will serve as a business and cultural corridor, providing retail spaces along with a grocery store. 

Building H spans an area of 18,000 square feet, allocating generous space for the new grocery store. Building G covers 8,000 square feet, designed with careful consideration to optimize its utility. Similarly, Building J, also spanning 8,000 square feet, completes the trio of structures. These shell structures lay the foundation for future interior design and will bring along ample resources for the community. 

Jaynes’ resources played a critical role in this project as Jaynes Structures, Inc. provided self-performed services of concrete including building footings, slabs on grades and various site improvements.
