Jaynes is spearheading construction for The Block at Enchanted Hills, a dynamic retail destination spanning 18,666 square feet. Nestled on 1.3 acres of previously vacant land at the northwest corner of the Plaza at Enchanted Hills shopping center in Rio Rancho, this innovative development is poised to elevate the existing shopping experience.

The Block will be built to cater to the diverse needs of the community, offering a vibrant space where people can shop, dine, socialize, and relax. Its focal point will be a central courtyard surrounded by a curated mix of retail outlets and food vendors. Additionally, the development will feature a designated area for local food trucks. Entertainment will take center stage at The Block, with a center stage for musical concerts, outdoor movies, and engaging activities. The project will seamlessly blend repurposed shipping containers with newly constructed buildings.
