Artesia Public Schools Administration Building
The new Artesia Administration Building offers the consolidation of various administrative offices in one centralized, modern location with ample parking and multi-use capability of the Training and Board Room areas as both public, and private venues. The use of a geothermal well system for tempering of HVAC water will save on energy costs over the life of the building by reducing the amount of energy required to heat or cool the HVAC system.
The building is divided into two areas. Area A encompasses training areas and the Board Room that serves as the more public space. Area B contains all the district employees in their various offices. The two new spaces provide more organization within individual departments.
