CSV ICU Refresh

The CSV ICU Refresh refurbishment effort entailed the revitalization of 9,200 square feet of existing critical care unit space that involved a comprehensive cosmetic overhaul, including the installation of new paint, flooring, ceilings, and lighting to create a more modern and welcoming environment. Additionally, the project incorporated the replacement of casework, doors, and mechanical, plumbing, and electrical fixtures to ensure optimal functionality and safety standards. Accessibility upgrades to staff and public toilet rooms were also implemented, alongside the enlargement of entry points for improved accessibility. Jaynes Structures Inc. self-performed work such as refinishing walls and installing solid surface sills.

By improving cosmetic and accessibility features, this project elevates patient care standards and support staff well-being, and enhances the patient experience while streamlining operations at Christus St. Vincent.
