Jaynes is working alongside Carlsbad Municipal Schools and NPSR Architects in providing the Carlsbad community with the grand Performing Arts Theater. This impressive project includes 79,000 square feet in addition to the existing Performing Arts Building.
Jaynes has been a part of the Carlsbad community for over 25 years, making no exceptions in our pursuit of excellence in each and every project we undertake in this region. We know that this vital Performing Arts Theater will be built front and center where it belongs for the Carlsbad community. Our team is excited for this project to be a part of a long-lasting legacy we are creating in this welcoming city.
Our BIM department is contributing to the theater through completing building systems (MEP and structural) modeling and coordination, assisting in the verification of steel embeds and by providing Laser Scanning services regarding tilt-up panel, prior to pour, to verify and document rebar and openings. Jaynes Structures Concrete is responsible for all cast-in-place concrete as well as tilt-up concrete panels. With our team setting not only the standard for quality, safety, and the project schedule, we provide a distinct advantage as the general contractor for the Carlsbad High School Performing Arts Theater.
