Plaza @ Enchanted Hills

Bed Bath & Beyond, Famous Footwear, Michaels, TJ Maxx, Rue 21, Sally’s, and Kirkland are now available to the Rio Rancho community. In building the plaza, we were faced with a tight schedule to ensure the retailers were able to occupy their spaces on time. To meet the deadline of the 224,000 square foot space, we utilized lean construction practices with the project subcontractors. Through various pull plan meeting, we were able to have a well defined schedule and increased communication from everyone involved.
