Southside Teen Center
The City of Santa Fe’s effort to construct a teen center has officially come to fruition with the construction of the Southside Teen Center. Jaynes led in construction services for this three-story, 17,000 square foot project. The Teen Center includes a gym, basketball courts, a game room, an art space, lounge, and more.
The teen center is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) project, and focuses on creating a framework for a healthy, efficient, and cost-saving green building that upholds the standard of the most widely used green building rating system. Jaynes’ pledge of upholding the highest quality for the Southside Teen Center is a commitment to the community and the end-users of this facility.
Our BIM department contributed to this project through completing building systems (MEP) modeling and coordination. Jaynes self-performed both concrete and millwork for the project, undertaking the task of completing the project to perfection.
