Sawmill Lofts

From budget development to value engineering, building system analyses, LEED cost analyses, finish and material selection, constructibility reviews and scheduling we were highly involved in the development of the Sawmill Lofts project. The sixty-unit live/work apartment complex supports artisans with affordable space to live and create art. Amenities include a common artist work room, oversized elevator and a large multi-purpose space for social events or meetings.
