Shrine of St. Bernadette
This tenant improvement project consisted of turning an existing office space into a 24-hour adoration chapel, renovations to the gift shop, food pantry, classrooms and main lobby of the administration building. New statue bases and canopy were added in the church, a laundry facility was added in the residence, repairs were made to the administration building’s roof, stucco was removed and replaced as needed and paint and crown molding were done in the church. Site work included paving, landscaping, building a handicapped accessible ramp, masonry walls, concrete curb & sidewalks, new lighting and striping.
