Albuquerque Updates
Construction Technology
Construction technology is changing how we build buildings, there’s no question about that, but it’s also revolutionizing how you interact with your facility before we even begin building.
The Impact of Hard Work
One year ago my parents’ home burned to the ground. It was a tough thing for my parents and my kids, as they were all there when it happened. Today, as I watch the construction of their new home, I am a spectator to the incredible process I have lived through every day for the last 25 years.
Meet Celedon – Jaynes Employee of the Year
For 33 years, Celedon has been a part of our team. You read that right, 33 years. As a Site Crew Foreman, his job is one of the most physically demanding in our company. Throughout each challenge on the job, he always has a smile on his face and immense pride in his final product.
Construction Internship Sets the Foundation
With a construction internship, you bridge the gap between what you’re learning in the classroom and what you experience at the office. Internships in the industry propel your understanding and prepare you for what is to come post-graduation. Here’s what our current and past interns think are the most important parts of an internship.
Energy Source
From the moment I walk into the office to when I leave, the energy of the people on our team is inspiring. We expect great things of each other, we value each other’s strengths, learn from our weaknesses, and collaborate to build better facilities for the various stakeholders in the community.
Next Generation Construction Leaders
ACE Leadership High School is the product of Associated General Contractors New Mexico’s notice of the construction labor shortage in the region. AGC gathered industry partners to support the educational endeavor, and we have been honored to continue involvement in the lives of the students.
