CSV ICU Refresh

The CSV ICU Refresh project entails the revitalization of 9,200 square feet of existing critical care unit space, aiming to enhance patient experience and streamline operations at Christus St. Vincent. This refurbishment effort involves a comprehensive cosmetic overhaul, including the installation of new paint, flooring, ceilings, and lighting to create a modern and welcoming environment. Additionally, the project incorporates the replacement of casework, doors, and mechanical, plumbing, and electrical fixtures to ensure optimal functionality and safety standards. Accessibility upgrades to staff and public toilet rooms will be implemented, alongside the enlargement of entry points for improved accessibility.

Jaynes Structures Inc. will self-perform work such as refinishing walls and installing solid surface sills. By improving cosmetic and accessibility features, this project aims to elevate patient care standards and support staff well-being.
